On-Site Gas Production
With self-developed core technology and years of experience in gas production and operation, the company has formed the preparation and stable supply capacity of PPB grade ultra-high purity electronic bulk gases, which has been widely recognised by customers in the field of electronic semiconductors represented by IC manufacturing and semiconductor display, and has become a leading service provider of electronic bulk gas production in China. Through the on-site nitrogen generator device, we provide ultra-high purity (PPB grade) electronic bulk gas on-site gas production service for large-scale gas consumption customers such as integrated circuit manufacturing, semiconductor display, optical fibre communication and electronic component manufacturing.
Customers cover the leading domestic wafer fabricators, and the business scope covers the three poles of China's integrated circuits: Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Yangtze River Delta, and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
